Start with clean & dry lashes. If you choose to curl, do it first with a heated curler (safer for your lashes).

Apply like a traditional mascara. Start with the brush close to the base of your eyelid for ideal separation, then brush upwards.

Directions

Use Blinc mascara on clean and dry lashes. Within 2 minutes, apply one or more coats, Once set additional coats cannot be applied. Neither water alone nor pressure alone will remove Kiss Me mascara. Only the combination of lots of warm water and gentle pressure, from your fingertips or a washcloth, will slide the tiny tubes effortlessly off your lashes into your hand. I first discovered this amazing product while visiting in Arizona. I've never liked waxy type mascaras as they tend to clump as well as cause the lashes to stick together I have been using this product for approximately five years, and it never disappoints. I have one suggestion, sometimes in warmer weather or if your mascara is in a warm place, it tends to liquefy. All you need to do to correct this, is to shake it up a bit. It is incredibly long lasting, you can cry, swim with it on, as long as you do not rub your eyes it will stay on until you remove it with warm water that is all! I have tried all of the colors except Brown. I absolutely love the blue, definitely would recommend for anyone with short lashes. Simply apply One coat, let it dry, then go back and apply more to the very tips of your lashes for greater length. I will never go back to the waxy, clumpy mascara is I've used in the past. God bless

*This is a review of what was shipped to me, NOT of the product itself*
I've been using this mascara since it was first called Kiss Me and imported from Japan, so for over 15 years. It's the only mascara I use. I certainly know all of the versions/packaging/appearances that have come out over the years. The CURRENT version should be a tube that is sealed full length with the perforations to peel and open. This sealed tube arrives inside a screw top aluminum cylinder. What I received was an unsealed tube in a small, worn, bent up cardboard box instead of the aluminum tube. Blinc has not distributed the mascara in the box in YEARS. For a second I thought maybe they were going back to the box, but I inspected the mascara itself (unsealed) and I believe not only was it old but that it had been used. The formula smelled funny and was watery. Back to Amazon it goes. I included a note in the packaging about this so it doesn't get thrown on a shelf and mailed out to someone else. I can't imagine where this old tube was hiding for them to pull it out, but the appearance alone of cruddy packaging should have been noticed before it was shipped out.
As far as the REAL mascara goes... still love it. I'm not one to try and build up tarantula legs on my face, not sure this product will do that, but I have medium-long natural lashes and a couple quick swipes does the job. I don't have to touch my eyes for the rest of the day, removing it is as cinchy as they claim, and no racoon eyes or dusty little bits flaking off. From now on I'm going to go back and purchase from Blinc's own site. If someone not familiar with the product had received what I did they would have thought it was garbage, and rightly so. Additionally there is a high risk of infection when using old eye makeup. I'll wait the extra shipping time to be sure I get what I am paying for.

I am reviewing this based off of what the product promises to do.

It is easy to apply. I use an oil based 'rice oil' korean make up remover product and I just take a cotton pad and apply a little more extra time to my eyes. I only apply one coat because I don't like the thin/spider lash look. If you are going for that then yes, I think this mascara will certainly give length but you lose a lot in volume. How does it lengthen? it seems to just attach to the lashes and build upon itself, not your eyelash--kind of weird sounding, but that's prbs why it is so hard to remove. Because you have something attached to your actual eyelash.

I do think it lengthens them a bit, but I have generally accepted that no product will be able to make up for having very short eye lashes unless you apply falsies. And that's fine with me. I think this product gives me enough of a pop that I like it, but it's subtle enough that I think only other women might notice it, or maybe a make up artist [guys don't really notice the small details].

Would I purchase this again? I don't know. If I could afford it, yes. But if I am on a budget, then maybe not.

What do I ADORE about this product? It is smudge proof. Every mascara I have tried has always given me little smudges beneath my eyes, and I only recent learned the difference between smudge proof and water proof. I don't get that at ALL which is the reason why I bought this.

I have no idea what people mean when they say they felt like their eyelashes were coming off. I thought I would be entertained as I removed it but it just sort of crumbles off in little pieces. And it does NOT look like eyelashes to me. Maybe I need to apply more??

Anyways, that's what I think. Again, it will give you great length but you lose volume and get very thin eyelashes, not the full ones. Not my style. And it is smudgeproof.

I’m a blinker and usuallly trash my mascara by 10 am but this is great stuff and also if used over top of flakier mascara makes it stay put also! Everyone should by this as a mascara topper and sealer! I blow it dry with a blow dryer so it dries right away.

If you have trouble with mascara inevitably ending up all over your face and making you look like you have dark circles under your eyes by the end of the night (waterproof or no), then this is your mascara. Stays on ages, once dry it does not rub off, you only need soap and water to remove. Excellent product. Can't fault it.
